Help Files
Trojan Remover includes a comprehensive help file. Access it from the program’s main menu under Help. The help file can also be viewed online.
Updates
Trojan Remover checks for updates daily using a Scheduled Task. You can configure when checks are performed under Settings → Update Settings in the main menu.
Database updates install automatically. If a program update is available, a dialog will appear to let you control the update. You can also run the updater manually by selecting it from the Windows Start menu.
Trojan Samples
If Trojan Remover is unable to correctly detect or handle a malware file, please send us details and, if possible, the sample file or a download location. We will analyse the behaviour and incorporate necessary amendments into Trojan Remover.
